地域红色文化如何进入医学生的精神世界，是当下思政教育必须回答的问题。咸阳拥有马栏革命旧址、渭北革命根据地、安吴青训班等一批红色遗存，其中相当部分与医疗卫生事业的历史渊源颇深，可提炼为独特的“红医基因”。本文以这些本土资源为切入点，讨论数智技术在这一转化过程中所能发挥的作用。文章先厘清红医精神、红色文化基因与网络思政教育三个概念的关系，继而梳理咸阳红医资源的历史谱系与育人价值，分析医学生网络思政教育面临的现实梗阻及其需求特征。在此基础上提出一个三层结构（资源层—平台层—应用层）的育人框架，并围绕价值引领、技术支撑、场景融合、评价反馈四个维度设计融入模型，落点为红医数字课堂、云端研学基地、智能思政助手三条实践路径。本文的基本判断是：咸阳红色文化与红医精神在地理空间与价值逻辑上具有双重耦合，数智技术为二者的衔接提供了可操作的认知通道，但其前提是坚守红色文化的精神内核，防止技术形式反客为主。

How to integrate regional red culture into the spiritual world of medical students is a question that must be answered in current ideological and political education. Xianyang boasts a number of red heritage sites, including the Malan Revolutionary Site, the Weibei Revolutionary Base, and the Anwu Youth Training Class, many of which have deep historical connections with the medical and health industry, which can be refined into a unique "red medicine gene". This article takes these local resources as a starting point to discuss the role that digital and intelligent technology can play in this transformation process. It first clarifies the relationship between the red medicine spirit, red cultural gene, and online ideological and political education. Then, it sorts out the historical lineage and educational value of Xianyang's red medicine resources, and analyzes the practical obstacles and demand characteristics faced by online ideological and political education for medical students. Based on this, a three-tier structure (resource layer - platform layer - application layer) educational framework is proposed, and an integration model is designed around four dimensions: value guidance, technical support, scene integration, and evaluation feedback. The focus is on three practical paths: the red medicine digital classroom, the cloud-based research and learning base, and the intelligent ideological and political assistant. The basic judgment of this article is that Xianyang's red culture and red medicine spirit have a dual coupling in geographical space and value logic, and digital and intelligent technology provides an operable cognitive channel for the connection between the two. However, this is only possible if we adhere to the spiritual core of red culture and prevent technological forms from becoming dominant.
