“和”文化是中华文明统一性的深层文化根脉，也是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要资源。既有研究多从静态概念层面阐释“和”文化的内涵，缺乏对其参与中华民族共同体建构历史机制的动态考察。本文以先秦时期为核心时段，围绕“和”文化的包容力、吸引力与凝聚力三重特质，系统考察其在差异化统一、道德感召与制度整合中的历史实践逻辑。研究表明，先秦“和”文化通过“和而不同”的文明认同机制、“以德配天”的政治合法性论证以及礼乐秩序的规范性建构，深度参与了早期中华民族共同体的生成与维系。在当代语境下，激活“和”文化的历史基因，需要实现从“历史叙事”到“机制阐释”、从“文化认同”到“价值内化”、从“传统资源”到“数智赋能”的三重转化，为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供传统文化维度的学理支撑与实践路径。

The “He”culture represents the profound cultural foundation underpinning the unity of Chinese civilization and serves as an important resource for strengthening the sense of community among the Chinese nation. Existing research has largely interpreted the connotation of “He”culture from a static conceptual perspective, lacking a dynamic examination of its historical mechanisms in shaping the construction of the Chinese national community. This paper takes the pre-Qin period as its central time frame and,focusing on the three distinctive attributes of “He” culture—its inclusiveness, attractiveness,and cohesive power—systematically explores the historical practical logic through which it facilitated “unity in diversity”, moral appeal, and institutional integration. The study reveals that the pre-Qin “He” culture played a profound role in the formation and maintenance of the early Chinese national community through its “harmony in diversity” civilizational identity mechanism, its political legitimacy argument based on the principle of “aligning virtue with Heaven”, and its normative construction of the ritual-musical order. In the contemporary context, revitalizing the historical gene of “He” culture requires a tripartite transformation—shifting from “historical narrative” to “mechanism interpretation”, from “cultural identity” to “value internalization”, and from “traditional resources”to “digital and intelligent empowerment”—thereby providing both theoretical underpinnings and practical pathways from the perspective of traditional culture for strengthening the sense of community among the Chinese nation.
