数字社交场景中诞生的青年网络萌语是当代极具代表性的语言亚文化现象，是汉语在新媒体语境下自我调适与创新发展的重要形态。本文立足于文化心理学、社会语言学双重视角，以谐音改造、合音缩略、重叠构词、幼态语气词、仿儿语句式五类典型萌化语言符号为核心分类体系，系统梳理青年网络萌语独特的语音变异、词汇构式与句法表征特征。结合人际传播实践与网络社交机制，深度阐释萌语使用背后所承载的圈层认同、情绪代偿、童年回溯、弱身份展演四类青年群体社交行为映射逻辑。依托汉民族传统语言文化、婴儿图式认知理论、逃避自由心理与青年亚文化理论，深挖网络萌语流行的深层文化心理动因，辩证剖析萌语在丰富汉语交际体系、舒缓社会情绪与弱化语言表达能力、造成审美同质化、引发交际失范之间的双重价值。最后结合当代语言规范化建设要求，提出场景分层使用、语文美育引导、平台柔性治理、学术动态跟进的多维优化路径，为网络萌语的良性发展、青年语言素养培育以及新时代汉语语言生态建构提供理论参照与实践支撑。

Youth internet baby‑talk, emerging in digital social scenarios, is a representative linguistic sub‑culture phenomenon and a vital form for Chinese to realize self‑adjustment and innovative development in the new‑media context. From the dual perspectives of cultural psychology and sociolinguistics, this paper takes five typical baby‑talk symbolic forms including phonetic transformation, homophonic abbreviation, reduplication, infantile modal particles and imitative sentence patterns as the core classification system. It systematically sorts out the unique phonetic variations, lexical structures and syntactic representation features of youth internet baby‑talk. Combined with interpersonal communication practices and online social mechanisms, this paper deeply interprets the layer‑identity, emotional compensation, childhood regression and weak‑identity projection logic behind the use of baby‑talk among young groups. Based on theories of Han national traditional linguistic culture, infant‑schema cognition and escape‑freedom as well as youth sub‑culture theory, it explores the deep‑seated cultural‑psychological motivations for the prevalence of internet baby‑talk, dialectically analyzes its dual values of enriching Chinese communication system, relieving social emotions and weakening linguistic expressive competence, triggering aesthetic homogenization and communication anomie. Finally, in response to the requirements for the construction of contemporary language standardization, this paper puts forward a multi‑dimensional optimization path of hierarchical scenario application, Chinese aesthetic education guidance and platform flexible governance and dynamic academic follow‑up, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical support for the sound development of internet baby‑talk, youth language literacy cultivation and Chinese language ecology in the new era.
