随着生成式人工智能技术的迅猛发展与教育数字化战略的深入实施，高校共青团工作迎来转型升级的新机遇。中国互联网络信息中心第 55 次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，我国 20 至 29 岁网民使用生成式人工智能产品的比例已达 41.5%。青年群体作为数字原住民，他们的生活方式、思维模式和价值建构都深受人工智能影响。这一变化对高校共青团的组织建设、思想引领力和精准服务力提出了全新命题。然而，当前基层团组织在人工智能应用的认知定位、内容供给的价值导向、数据治理的安全规范等方面仍存在明显短板。本文以北京联合大学机器人学院共青团工作实践为样本，深入贯彻教育部部长怀进鹏“人工智能越发展，这些属于‘人’的特质越珍贵”的核心理念，聚焦共青团工作的思想引领、组织建设、活动策划、青年服务四个核心维度，系统梳理生成式人工智能在高校共青团中的具体应用路径，并辩证分析技术依赖、价值偏差、数据隐私等现实风险。调研表明，生成式人工智能在提升事务性工作效率、精准感知青年需求方面具有显著优势，但其应用必须以立德树人为根本遵循，坚守“以人为本”的教育底色，方能在数智时代切实增强共青团的政治引领力与组织建设，实现“为党育人”的根本目标。

The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence technologies and the deep implementation of educational digitalization strategies have brought new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the work of the Communist Youth League (CYL) in higher education institutions. According to the 55th Statistical Report on China's Internet Development released by the China Internet Network Information Center, 41.5% of Chinese internet users aged 20–29 have used generative AI products. As digital natives, young people's lifestyles, modes of thinking, and value construction are profoundly influenced by AI technologies. This transformation poses new challenges to the CYL's capacity for organizational mobilization, ideological guidance, and precision services. However, at the grassroots level, there remain notable deficiencies in the cognitive positioning of AI applications, the value orientation of content provision, and the security norms of data governance. Taking the practical experience of the CYL work at the Robotics College of Beijing Union University as a case study, and adhering to the core concept articulated by Minister of Education Huai Jinpeng—that “the more AI develops, the more precious the qualities that belong to ‘human’ become”—this paper focuses on four core dimensions: ideological guidance, organizational development, activity planning, and youth services. It systematically outlines the specific pathways for applying generative AI in CYL work within universities, and dialectically analyzes practical risks such as technological dependence, value deviation, and data privacy. The findings indicate that while generative AI offers significant advantages in enhancing administrative efficiency and accurately perceiving youth needs, its application must adhere to the fundamental principle of fostering virtue and nurturing talents, and uphold a people-centered educational foundation. Only in this way can the CYL effectively strengthen its political guiding capacity and organizational capability in the digital age, thereby fulfilling the fundamental mission of “educating talents for the Party.”
