中小企业融资约束问题长期制约着实体经济发展，而数字技术与供应链金融的深度融合，为解决这一困境提供了新的可能。本文系统梳理了数字供应链金融影响中小企业融资约束的相关文献，界定了供应链金融、数字供应链金融及其与融资约束的核心概念，从传统供应链金融的缓解机理与局限出发，引出数字技术赋能的必然性，并重点从信息不对称缓解、信用传递机制重构、风控模式创新及融资效率提升等维度，归纳了数字供应链金融缓解融资约束的作用机理。接着，分析了该领域面临的风险、挑战与异质性研究。最后，对现有研究进行评述，并展望了未来研究方向。研究表明，数字供应链金融通过技术赋能有效缓解了中小企业融资约束，但其效应受多种因素制约，且存在风险与挑战，未来需深化对作用边界、风险治理及制度协同的研究。

Financing constraints faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have long hindered the development of the real economy, while the deep integration of digital technologies and supply chain finance offers new possibilities for alleviating this problem. This paper systematically reviews the literature on the impact of digital supply chain finance on SME financing constraints. It clarifies the core concepts of supply chain finance, digital supply chain finance, and financing constraints; starts from the alleviating mechanisms and limitations of traditional supply chain finance to explain the necessity of digital empowerment; and summarizes the mechanisms through which digital supply chain finance eases financing constraints, including mitigating information asymmetry, restructuring credit transmission, innovating risk-control models, and improving financing efficiency. The paper then examines the risks, challenges, and heterogeneous effects discussed in the literature, and finally provides an assessment of existing research and directions for future studies. The literature shows that digital supply chain finance can effectively ease SME financing constraints through technological empowerment, but its effects are conditioned by multiple factors and accompanied by new risks and challenges. Future research should further examine the boundaries of its effects, risk governance, and institutional coordination.
