全国“敬老月”既是我们弘扬中华民族孝亲敬老传统美德的重要方式，也是我们国家营造养老孝老敬老良好社会氛围的有效举措，更是实施积极应对人口老龄化国家略的重要抓手。实践育人既是高校课堂教学的延伸与升华，也是加强大学生思想政治教育的重要路径。实践育人作为一种重要的育人模式，高校在培养学生社会责任感、弘扬中华民族优秀文化方面，具有不可替代的独特优势。高校如何将敬老助老服务与实践育人相结合，成为新时代高校思想政治教育的重要课题。全国“敬老月”活动为高校实践育人工作提供了重要契机。本研究以北京联合大学为例，结合我校“建设有温度的大学”这一目标，通过问卷调查、实地调研和深度访谈等方法，系统分析了在全国“敬老月”期间开展实践育人的现状、问题及优化路径。研究发现，当前高校全国“敬老月”活动存在碎片化、专业融合度低、评价机制不完善等问题。因此，本文提出构建“价值引领-专业赋能-社会协同”三位一体的有深度、可持续、有温度的实践育人体系的思路，推动全国“敬老月”活动转化为常态化、专业化、社会化方向转型。

The National “Respect the Elderly Month”serves as an important way to carry forward the traditional virtue of filial piety and respect for the elderly of the Chinese nation, an effective measure to foster a favorable social atmosphere for elderly care, filial piety and respect, and a crucial lever for implementing the national strategy of actively responding to population aging.Practice-based education is not only an extension and elevation of classroom teaching in colleges and universities, but also an important pathway to strengthen ideological and political education for college students. As a significant educational model,practice-based education holds irreplaceable advantages for universities in cultivating students' sense of social responsibility and promoting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation. How universities can integrate elderly-care services with practice-based education has become a critical issue in ideological and political education in the new era. The National “Respect the Elderly Month” activities provide an important opportunity for practice-based education in universities.Taking Beijing Union University as an example, and aligning with its goal of “building a university with warmth,” this study systematically analyzes the current situation, problems, and improvement strategies of practice-based education during the National “Respect the Elderly Month” through questionnaire surveys, field research, and in-depth interviews.The findings reveal that the current National “Respect the Elderly Month” activities in universities suffer from fragmentation, low integration with professional disciplines, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms.Therefore, this paper proposes the idea of constructing a trinity framework of “value guidance–professional empowerment–social collaboration” to establish an in-depth, sustainable, and warm practice-based education system, so as to promote the transformation of the National “Respect the Elderly Month”activities toward normalization,specialization,and socialization.
