在数字经济时代，数据智能技术的快速迭代推动图书馆从传统“文献存储中心”向现代“学术智能中枢”转型，知识服务作为图书馆的核心职能，其创新水平直接决定图书馆的核心竞争力。本文以数据智能与图书馆知识服务的深度融合为研究核心，梳理数据智能赋能图书馆知识服务的理论基础与现实背景，剖析数据智能在知识服务创新中的应用路径，构建科学、可操作的效能评价体系，结合当前实践中存在的问题提出优化策略，为图书馆依托数据智能提升知识服务质量、实现高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。

In the era of the digital economy, the rapid iteration of data intelligence technologies has driven the transformation of libraries from traditional "document storage centers" to modern "academic intelligent hubs". As the core function of libraries, knowledge service innovation directly determines the core competitiveness of libraries. Taking the in-depth integration of data intelligence and library knowledge services as the core research focus, this paper sorts out the theoretical basis and practical background of data intelligence empowering library knowledge services, analyzes the application paths of data intelligence in knowledge service innovation, and constructs a scientific and operable efficiency evaluation system. Combined with the existing problems in current practice, it puts forward optimization strategies, so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for libraries to improve the quality of knowledge services and achieve high-quality development relying on data intelligence.
