文化是乡村振兴之魂。新时代以来，文化赋能乡村振兴已成为学界关注的重点内容，然而关于文化赋能乡村振兴的可持续性研究文献数量较少。因此，本文以湖南省益阳市清溪村文化赋能乡村振兴为具体案例，聚焦于“文化赋能乡村振兴的可持续性”展开研究。在现有关于文化赋能乡村振兴研究的基础上，本文通过构建“利益—制度—技术”分析框架，从利益、制度、技术三个层面深入剖析该村实现文化赋能乡村振兴后，如何形成持久、内生的动力机制，从而为文化赋能乡村全面振兴从短期成效走向长效发展提供更具操作性的经验启示与参考。

Culture is the soul of rural revitalization. Since the new era, cultural empowerment of rural revitalization has become a key focus of academic attention. However, there are relatively few research papers on the sustainability of cultural empowerment of rural revitalization. Therefore, this paper takes the cultural empowerment of rural revitalization in Qingxi Village, Yiyang City, Hunan Province as a specific case, and focuses on the research of "the sustainability of cultural empowerment of rural revitalization". Based on the existing research on cultural empowerment of rural revitalization, this paper constructs an analytical framework of "benefit - system - technology", and deeply analyzes from the three aspects of benefit, system and technology how the village forms a lasting and endogenous dynamic mechanism after achieving cultural empowerment of rural revitalization. This will provide more operational experience, inspiration and reference for the cultural empowerment of the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas to move from short-term achievements to long-term development.
