在推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化与创新性发展的时代背景下,如何将其有机融入高职课程思政,以涵养契合现代产业需求的工匠精神,成为一项重要课题。现有研究多关注宏观理念而疏于对微观教学机制的深入探究。本研究采用课堂民族志方法,以高职医学检验技术专业《大学语文》课程为参与式观察对象,系统揭示了文化价值传递的“文本-体验-行动”三阶实践机制。研究表明,教师通过文本的创造性转化与职业化转码、情境的体验式共情与意义迁移、任务的实践性内化与价值物化,有效实现了工匠精神从认知建构到行为践行的有机融入。这一过程始终伴随着文化疏离、价值协商与知行转换等教学张力,教师的持续性反思与策略调适是机制顺畅运行的关键。本研究构建了可操作的教学模型,为高职医学检验技术等专业人文课程思政创新提供了可复制的实践路径,从微观教学层面论证了中华优秀传统文化培育工匠精神的可行性与有效性。
In the current era marked by promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture, a significant task has emerged: how to organically integrate this culture into the ideological and political education of vocational college curricula, thereby nurturing a craftsman spirit that meets the demands of modern industries. Existing research tends to focus on macro-level concepts, often lacking in-depth exploration of micro-level teaching mechanisms. Adopting the method of classroom ethnography, this study conducted participatory observation in the College Chinesecourse within the Medical Laboratory Technology program at a vocational college. It systematically reveals a three-stage practical mechanism of cultural value transmission: "text-experience-action." The research indicates that teachers effectively facilitate the organic integration of the craftsman spirit, from cognitive construction to behavioral practice, through the creative transformation and vocational transcoding of texts, experiential empathy and meaning transfer within scenarios, and the practical internalization and value materialization of tasks. This process is consistently accompanied by pedagogical tensions such as cultural alienation, value negotiation, and the knowledge-action gap. The key to the smooth operation of this mechanism lies in teachers' ongoing reflection and strategic adaptation. This study constructs an operable teaching model, providing a replicable practical pathway for innovating ideological and political education in humanities courses for programs like Medical Laboratory Technology, and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of cultivating the craftsman spirit through fine traditional Chinese culture at the micro-teaching level.
