“一站式”学生社区是高校落实立德树人根本任务的前沿阵地。本文以重庆移通学院为研究对象，结合重庆本土红色文化资源禀赋与学校书院制改革实践，探讨红色文化融入“一站式”学生社区的育人路径。通过分析重庆红色文化与移通学院“一站式”学生社区建设现状，构建“红色+阵地、艺术、传播、实践”四维育人模式，结合具体案例论证路径可行性，并指出当前存在的现实挑战，提出优化建议。实践表明，红色文化与“一站式”学生社区的深度融合，能有效增强思政教育的实效性与感染力，为同类高校提供可复制的实践范式。

The "one-stop" student community serves as a frontline platform for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Taking Chongqing College of Mobile Communication as the research object, this paper explores the educational paths of integrating red culture into the "one-stop" student community, combining the endowment of Chongqing's local red cultural resources with the university's academy system reform practice. By analyzing the current development of Chongqing's red culture and the construction of the "one-stop" student community at Chongqing College of Mobile Communication, a four-dimensional educational model of "Red Culture + Position, Art, Communication, and Practice" is constructed. The feasibility of the path is demonstrated through specific cases, while the existing practical challenges are identified and optimization suggestions are proposed. Practice shows that the in-depth integration of red culture and the "one-stop" student community can effectively enhance the effectiveness and appeal of ideological and political education, providing a replicable practical paradigm for similar universities.
