Learning motivation plays a crucial role in the learning process and is one of the key factors influencing student learning outcomes. This paper explores learning motivation strategies grounded in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory. Through an in-depth analysis of this framework, it proposes a series of motivation strategies targeting each level of need—from fulfilling physiological and safety needs to addressing social, esteem, and self-actualization needs. Detailed implementation methods for these strategies are elaborated to stimulate students' interest and drive in learning, thereby promoting their holistic development.
