在新农科引领及“双一流”“双万计划”协同推进背景下，土壤学作为农业资源与环境专业的核心课程，其改革是提升学科竞争力、培养知农爱农人才的关键。本文针对教学痛点探索改革：补充土壤碳汇等前沿内容，精炼并拓展实验教学模块，运用翻转课堂激发学生主动性，构建多元考核体系。课程改革需师生实践中持续优化，核心是提升学生创新创业能力，为建设中国特色一流农业大学、服务农业现代化提供支撑。

Against the backdrop of the guidance of New Agricultural Science and the synergistic advancement of the "Double First-Class" Initiative and "Double Ten-Thousand Plan", Soil Science, as a core course for the major of Agricultural Resources and Environment, its reform is crucial for enhancing disciplinary competitiveness and cultivating talents who understand and love agriculture. Addressing key teaching challenges, this study explores reform pathways: supplementing cutting-edge content such as soil carbon sinks, refining and expanding experimental teaching modules, adopting flipped classroom to stimulate students' initiative, and constructing a diversified assessment system. Course reform requires continuous optimization through joint practice of teachers and students, with the core goal of improving students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. This reform provides support for building world-class agricultural universities with Chinese characteristics and serving the modernization of agriculture.
