定向师范生体育教学能力的时代价值、核心构成与培养路径——以本科层次小学教育专业为例 作者:陈荣杨

摘要/Abstract

“健康中国”与乡村教育振兴战略对基层体育师资提出了更高要求,破解乡村小学体育师资的结构性矛盾亟待探索有效路径。研究综合运用行动研究、文献分析、案例研究与逻辑推演等方法,致力于提升小学教育专业定向师范生的体育教学能力,构建了该群体教学能力的理论框架与培养路径。研究表明,其能力核心是一个“知识—技能—情怀”三维结构:知识层强调基层适配的结构化储备,技能层侧重资源约束下的在地化实施能力,情怀层聚焦扎根乡村的内生动力。据此,研究设计了“优化嵌入+精准赋能”的培养路径,并通过三级课程嵌入、三维实践转化及协同保障机制予以推进,以期为定向师范生培养提供理论参考与实践范式。


The "Healthy China" initiative and the strategy for rural education revitalization have placed higher demands on grassroots physical education (PE) instructors, making it urgent to explore effective pathways to resolve the structural shortage of PE teachers in rural primary schools. Employing a comprehensive methodology that integrates action research, literature analysis, case studies, and logical deduction, this study aims to enhance the PE teaching competency of targeted teacher trainees majoring in primary education and to construct a theoretical framework and cultivation pathway for this group's instructional capabilities. The research reveals that the core of their competency is a three-dimensional "Knowledge-Skill-Commitment" structure: the knowledge dimension emphasizes a structured knowledge base adapted to grassroots contexts; the skill dimension focuses on localized implementation capabilities under resource constraints; and the commitment dimension centers on the endogenous motivation to take root in rural areas. Accordingly, the study designs a cultivation pathway characterized by "Optimized-Embedding + Targeted-Empowerment," which is advanced through a three-tier curriculum embedding system, a three-dimensional practical transformation mechanism, and a collaborative support system, hoping to provide a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for the cultivation of targeted teacher trainees.
