在乡村振兴战略深入实施的大背景下，文化振兴作为其重要组成部分，对于乡村的可持续发展具有关键意义。河北省拥有丰富的红色文化资源，这些资源承载着中国共产党领导下人民群众英勇奋斗的光辉历史，是珍贵的精神财富。然而，但在开发过程中存在人才缺乏、产品创新不足、资源整合不力、保护与开发矛盾等问题。对此，提出了政府加强政策指引创新红色文化产品、注重红色资源保护性开发等红色文化赋能乡村振兴的实践路径。

Against the background of the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, cultural revitalization, as an important part of it, is of crucial significance to the sustainable development of rural areas. Hebei Province is rich in red cultural resources, which carry the glorious history of the heroic struggle of the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and are precious spiritual wealth. However, there are problems in the development process, such as shortage of talents, insufficient product innovation, poor resource integration, and conflicts between protection and development. In response to these issues, practical paths for red culture to empower rural revitalization are proposed, including the government strengthening policy guidance to innovate red cultural products and focusing on the protective development of red resources.
