格式"说X就X"是现代汉语中高频使用的口语表达，具有鲜明的句法、语义和语用特征。本文基于"三一语法"理论，对该格式进行全面系统的分析，发现其在形式结构上存在核心式与变式两种类型，功能作用主要表现为表达动作变化迅速、强调计划或意愿的快速实施以及表示做事轻率三种类型，典型语境主要集中在旅行、工作学习、天气变化和情绪转变四大场景。通过对比分析、语境创设和针对性练习等教学策略，能够有效帮助二语学习者掌握该格式。本研究不仅丰富了汉语口语格式的理论研究，也为国际中文教学实践提供了可操作的教学方案。

The format "说 X 就 X" is a frequently used colloquial expression in modern Chinese, which has distinct syntactic, semantic and pragmatic characteristics. Based on the theory of "Trinity Grammar", this paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the format, and finds that there are two types of formal structure: core and variant, and its function is mainly manifested in three types: rapid change of expression, rapid implementation of plan or will, and rashness of expression, and typical contexts are mainly concentrated in four scenarios: travel, work and study, weather change and emotional change. Teaching strategies such as comparative analysis, context creation and targeted practice can effectively help L2 learners master the format. This study not only enriches the theoretical research on the format of spoken Chinese, but also provides a practical teaching plan for the teaching practice of international Chinese.
