乡村振兴是党中央着眼于新时代做好“三农工作”，提高群众幸福感做出的重大战略部署。农村基层党组织是我们党在乡村开展工作的起点，也是推进乡村振兴的组织保障，在乡村振兴过程中，基层党建工作不可或缺，要始终坚持党的领导，充分发挥农村基层党组织的带头作用。文章以乡村振兴背景下加强农村基层党建为研究对象，针对基层党建工作中出现的问题进行阐述，对如何解决问题、推进农村基层党建工作开展提出建议，以保障乡村振兴战略的有效实施。

Rural revitalisation is a major strategic plan made by the CPC Central Committee with a view to doing a good job in the ‘three rural areas’ in the new era and improving the people's sense of well-being. Rural grassroots party organisations are the starting point for the Party to carry out its work in the countryside, as well as the organisational guarantee to promote rural revitalisation. In the process of rural revitalisation, grassroots party building is indispensable, and it is necessary to adhere to the Party's leadership at all times, and to give full play to the leading role of the grassroots party organisations in the countryside. The article takes strengthening rural grassroots party building in the context of rural revitalisation as the object of research, elaborates on the problems arising from grassroots party building work, and puts forward suggestions on how to solve the problems and promote the development of rural grassroots party building work in order to guarantee the effective implementation of the strategy of rural revitalisation.
