山西五台方言作为晋语五台片的重要组成部分，承载着丰富的民俗文化信息，其中饮食文化尤为突出。本文通过分析五台方言中的饮食类词语，结合历史文献与田野调查成果，探讨其语言特征与文化内涵。研究发现，五台方言中的饮食词汇不仅反映了地域性食材与烹饪方式，还蕴含着劳动人民的生存智慧、祈愿心理和伦理观念。这些词汇通过“摹形造词”“谐音象征”等语言手段，构建了独特的饮食符号系统，成为连接方言与民俗的重要纽带。本研究为方言文化保护与饮食民俗传承提供了语言学视角的参考。

The Wutai dialect of Shanxi, as an important part of the Wutai section of the Jin language, carries a wealth of folk cultural information, among which food culture is particularly prominent. In this paper, we analyze the food words in Wutai dialect and explore their linguistic features and cultural connotations by combining historical documents and fieldwork results. It is found that the food words in Wutai dialect not only reflect the regional ingredients and cooking methods, but also contain the survival wisdom, prayers and ethical concepts of the working people. These words have built up a unique dietary symbol system through such linguistic means as “shape mimicry” and “harmonic symbolism”, and have become an important link between the dialect and folklore. This study provides a linguistic reference for the preservation of dialect culture and the inheritance of dietary folklore.
