“青少年模式”是一种为青少年用户量身定制的功能，旨在保护青少年用户的身心健康，当前的“青少年模式”虽然从最开始的鼓励支持到现在有法规的强制性要求，但“青少年模式”在具体的实行当中依然有很多问题。尤其对于当前的短视频已然成为家长的“电子保姆”，很多家长为了让孩子安静，拿电子产品诱惑他们，最后演化为孩子对电子产品的过度依赖，而“青少年模式”将是制止沉迷的最后一道防线。本文将通过对9个热门短视频APP的“青少年模式”的研究，分别从身份甄别机制、专属内容池、功能设置三个方面，具体分析该模式的运行机制和存在的问题。

Youth Mode, a feature specifically designed to safeguard the physical and mental well-being of adolescent users, has evolved from voluntary adoption to mandatory regulatory compliance. Despite this progression, significant implementation challenges persist. Notably, the widespread use of short-form video platforms as "digital babysitters" has led parents to pacify children with electronic devices, inadvertently fostering excessive dependency. In this context, Youth Mode serves as a critical last line of defense against digital addiction.
