摘要/Abstract

“倒计时”制度因有时间节点,逆序计时,翻转了教师的时间知觉,凸显了时间的稀缺性、紧迫性而产生压力。加速发展的现代社会,效率至上,速度崇拜,时间价值彰显,催生了大学教师的“倒计时”制度。它与闲情逸致的学术时间要求相对,有悖学术规律,带来学术平庸,引发恐慌焦虑,因此,“倒计时”制度犹如高举着皮鞭的监工,驱使着教师竞速奔跑,担惊受怕。社会加速逻辑带来的时间效应,大学优绩主义体现的时间偏好,教师效率追求凸显的时间功利,促使教师感觉时间如鞭。摆脱“倒计时”制度对教师带来的时间“囚笼”,需要建构共鸣逻辑、同步逻辑与赋权逻辑,以放慢时间节奏,缓解加速压力。


The "Countdown" system brings pressure on university teachers because of its time node and calculation method of countdownwhich overturns teachers' perceptions of time and highlights the urgency and scarcity of time.The "Countdown" system arises as a result of the accelerated development of modern societythe supremacy of efficiencythe worship of speedand the emphasis on time value.Contrary to the leisure time that academic work demandsthe “Countdown” system violates academic rulesbrings academic mediocrityand then causes panic and anxiety to university teachers.Thereforethe "countdown" system functions similarly as a supervisorbrandishing a whip and driving university teachers to race in terror.University teachers feel time is like a whip due to the time effect brought by the logic of social accelerationtime preference embodied by university meritocracy and time utilitarianism resulted from teachers’ pursuit of efficiency.To get rid of the temporal "cage" imposed by the "countdown" systemit is necessary to construct resonance logicsynchronization logicand empowerment logic.University teachers should slow down the pace of timeand relieve their pressure that comes with social acceleration.
