This research focuses on the phenomenon of linguistic "inflation", deeply analyzes its manifestations, formation causes, and impacts, and puts forward targeted countermeasures. The linguistic "inflation" is manifested in semantic generalization, lexical exaggeration, and word stacking. Social psychology, media of communication, cultural environment, and economic factors jointly contribute to the emergence of this phenomenon, which has a profound impact on language communication, cultural inheritance, and ways of thinking.
