摘要/Abstract

新就业群体是随着经济社会发展和产业结构调整而出现的新概念,中国共产党实现了“两新”党建向“三新”党建的历史性转型。新就业群体党建有利于提升新就业群体的综合能力与职业发展潜力,落实党的全面领导,促进社会和谐稳定。近年来,新就业群体党建工作取得显著进展,但仍存在雇佣关系弱化、党员个体层面问题等挑战。那么优化组织结构、强化功能发挥、依托平台企业进行覆盖以及依托信息技术实现数字化全覆盖等实践路径对于推进中国式现代化,推进新就业群体党建工作至关重要。


The new employment group is a new concept that emerged with the economic and social development and industrial restructuring, and the Communist Party of China (CPC) has realized the historic transition from “two new” party building to “three new” party building. Party building for newly-employed groups is conducive to improving the comprehensive ability and career development potential of newly-employed groups, implementing the overall leadership of the Party, and promoting social harmony and stability. In recent years, significant progress has been made in party building for the newly employed groups, but there are still challenges such as the weakening of the employment relationship and problems at the individual party member level. Practical paths such as optimizing the organizational structure, strengthening the function, relying on platform enterprises for coverage as well as relying on information technology to achieve full digital coverage are then crucial for advancing the Chinese-style modernization and promoting the party building work for new employment groups.
