本文首先简单阐述了本文的研究背景和意义以及国内外关于非物流企业建设自营物流体系的研究现状；其次，对步步高集团云通自营物流发展现状以及为什么会选择自建物流体系进行描述，来发现步步高物流体系中存在的问题，并提出解决方案；最后，对全文进行总结，并对中国非物流企业发展自营物流提出展望。

This paper initially elaborates briefly on the research background and significance of this article, as well as the current research status regarding the construction of self-operated logistics systems by non-logistics enterprises both domestically and internationally. Subsequently, it delineates the development status of the Yuntong self-operated logistics of the BBK Group and the reasons for choosing to establish a self-built logistics system, with the aim of identifying the existing problems in the BBK logistics system and proposing solutions. Finally, it summarizes the entire text and presents prospects for the development of self-operated logistics in non-logistics enterprises in China.
