中国残疾文学源远流长，残疾角色与残疾作家屡见不鲜，残疾形象在古代多以肉体和精神的“残”与“全”对比而存在，被视为病理，处于文学表现的视野之外，扮演着主流之外的畸零者角色，也因此研究者少，处于文学史的边缘。随着国家特殊教育事业发展，残疾人政策的实施，乃至社会文明进步，以残疾作家为主体进行的小说创作和以残疾为书写对象的小说作品逐渐出现，质量逐步提高。但是国内外对残疾小说的研究甚少，多为个体或专题研究。本文收集57名作家及其167篇代表作品，侧重在残疾叙事视角下对中国当代小说作品进行梳理，从研究现状、现状分析、原因探究、创作特点研究、创作前景展望、创作启示六个方面归纳残疾叙事视角下当代中国小说创作的现状及演变轨迹，探索其意义价值，以期为残疾题材创作提供数据参考，为当代残疾小说研究提供文学样本。

Boasting a long history, Chinese disabled literature has become a topic with a variety of disa-bled characters and related writers. With the primary concern consisting in the striking contrast between their crippled body and sound mentality, the images of the disabled in ancient times were regarded as pathological and thus become marginalized with fewer researchers compared with mainstream literature. With the development of the national special education industry and the implementation of disability policies, and even the progress of social civilization at large, novel creation with disabled writers as the main body and novel works with disabilities as the writing object are gradually emerging, and the quality is gradually improving. However, there is very little research on disability novels both domestically and internationally, mostly individual or thematic studies.
