美国的影视作品是美国文化的一大代表，在美国的影视剧中，既有体现着“美国梦”的价值观念和其一直以来所大力推崇的个人主义精神，同时又充斥着大量残忍、暴力的剧情场景。抽象的文化与现实的文化载体之间是相互作用的，本文以美国影视作品中出现的暴力场景为例，浅析美国暴力文化的来源，思考文化内涵与传播方式的相互作用。

American film and television works are a major representative of American culture. In American film and television dramas, they not only embody the values of the " American dream " and the spirit of individualism that it has always been highly respected, but also are filled with a large number of cruel and violent plot scenes. Abstract culture and realistic cultural carrier interact with each other. This paper takes the violent scenes in American film and television works as an example to analyze the source of American violent culture and think about the interaction between cultural connotation and communication mode.
