思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。在新时代新起点上，习近平总书记关于思政课的重要论述，对思政课改革创新有着重要的指导意义。从言语、情理、实践三个维度审视新时代思政课，利用感性素材的形象性和载道性以实现言语关联，兼顾“以理服人”和“以情感人”实现情理关联，拓展实践空间实现知行关联。高校思想政治理论课在教学过程中存在着语言转化、情理疏离和知行协同三重困境。破解这些困境，需要坚持系统思维，从完善素材体系、统筹情理元素、拓展育人平台多方面共同发力，讲好新时代思政课。

The ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education. At the new starting point of the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thesis on the ideological and political theory course has an important guiding significance for the reform and innovation of the ideological and political theory course. Civic and political theory courses in the new era are viewed from three dimensions: speech, emotion, reason, and practice, utilizing the image of sensual materials and carrying the way to realize the verbal connection, taking into account "convincing people with reason" and "feeling people with emotion" to realize the emotion and reason connection, and expanding the space of practice to realize the knowledge-activity connection. In the teaching process of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, there are three dilemmas, namely, language transformation, emotional and rational alienation, and knowledge and action synergy. To solve these dilemmas, it is necessary to adhere to the systematic thinking, from perfecting the material system, coordinating the emotional and rational elements, and expanding the platform for educating people to make a concerted effort to speak a good ideological and political course in the new era.
