本文从中国网络文学的文学-商品二重性出发,采用网络民族志和半结构式访谈的研究方法,对中国网络文学生产中的情感劳动进行探究。研究发现,网络文学作者的创作动机普遍经历了从最初的热爱到逐渐耗竭的过程;类型文这种高度商品化的文学产品带来的是“爽”感,而非真正意义上的情感体验;作者在把读者奉为“衣食父母”的同时也坚守着自己的“道心”。情感劳动在网络文学生产中若隐若现,时而被平台资本收编,时而突破、越出资本设下的限制。主体性与共同性的生成,需要作者与读者的平等参与。
Starting from the literature-commodity duality of Chinese online literature, this paper adopts the research methods of cyber ethnography and semi-structured interviews to explore the affective labor in the production of Chinese online literature. It reveals that online literature writers often experience a transition from initial passion to its gradual exhaustion. Highly commodified literary products, such as genre fiction, provide a sense of excitement (“shuang”). Writers regard their readers as their “bread and butter”, yet they also uphold their own principle (“dao xin”). Affective labor in online literature production often breaks through the constraints set by capitalist platforms. The formation of subjectivity and commonality requires equal participation from both writers and readers.
