由于自然因素、社会因素等多种因素限制，客家人为得以长久生存，在尊重自然、适应自然的理念下，建造具有地域特色的围龙屋建筑。而半月塘承载了客家人的生产生活、宗族观念等，是围龙屋不可或缺的重要组成部分，起到展现客家文化的媒介作用。文章以梅州客家围龙屋“半月塘”为研究对象，分析探究半月塘的形成原因及功能，进一步了解客家文化，揭示客家围龙屋独特建筑格局形成的规律，以期为今后围龙屋的保护提供有益借鉴。

Due to natural factors, social factors and other constraints, in order to survive for a long time, under the concept of respecting nature and adapting to nature, Hakka built dragon houses with regional characteristics. The Half Moon Pond, bearing the production and life of Hakka people, clan concept and other factors, is an indispensable part of the dragon house, and plays the role of a medium to show Hakka culture. Taking the "Half Moon Pond" of the Hakka walled dragon House in Meizhou as the research object, this paper analyzes the formation reasons and functions of the Half moon pond, further understanding the Hakka culture, and revealing the law of the formation of the unique architectural pattern of the Hakka walled dragon House, in order to provide useful reference for the protection of the walled dragon House in the future.
