党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视青年大学生的全面发展，将培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人摆在了十分重要的位置，劳动教育的地位越来越高，作用越来越突出。无论是经济技术的快速发展，还是社会结构的深刻调整，都对新时代大学生提出了更高的要求，也对劳动教育的深刻内涵提出了新的时代意蕴。高校立足“两个大局”，积极探索如何对大学生进行劳动教育，取得了一定的成绩。但是，在劳动教育的过程之中仍有一些亟待解决的问题，如应试教育的负面影响、劳动教育的社会氛围缺失，以及劳动教育的独立性地位等。坚持问题意识，高校需具体问题具体分析，探索出具有针对性的劳动教育的优化路径，从而培养学生正确的劳动价值观和劳动技能。
