知识产权对创新的影响效果一直是社会各界关注的焦点。围绕知识产权与创新的相关问题，既有研究大体从三个方面进行了探索：在微观层面，知识产权保护对企业创新的影响；在中观层面，知识产权对不同产业的影响；在宏观层面，知识产权对国家创新以及经济增长的影响，文章从上述三个方面对现有的相关文献进行系统梳理与评述，并在此基础上对未来的可能研究方向进行了展望。

The effect of intellectual property rights on innovation has always been a focus of attention for all sectors of society. Focusing on the issues related to intellectual property and innovation, the existing studies have largely explored three aspects: at the micro level, the impact of intellectual property protection on enterprise innovation; at the meso level, the impact of intellectual property on different industries; and at the macro level, the impact of intellectual property on national innovation as well as economic growth.
