红色文化是鲜活的历史，是中国共产党人宝贵的精神财富。红色文化与高校意识形态教育的融合既扩大了红色文化的影响力，又增强了主流意识形态话语权，进一步强化了高校意识形态安全。同时，在红色文化融入高校意识形态教育的过程中，还存在着内容填充、形式优化、课堂建设上的不足之处。以“三强三化”应对红色文化融入高校意识形态教育的现实困境，从红色文化资源开发、媒体融合、知行合一等方面提出具体策略，能够有效提升新形势下红色文化融入高校意识形态教育的契合度，强化红色文化话语下高校意识形态教育路径建设与创新。

The integration of red culture and college ideological education not only expands the influence of red culture, but also enhances the discourse power of mainstream ideology and further strengthens the ideological security of colleges and universities. At the same time, in the process of integrating red culture into college ideological education, there are still deficiencies in content filling, form optimization and classroom construction.
