摘要/Abstract

劳动教育是人的成长必不可少的环节,在人的本质的维度上“现实的人”是劳动教育的逻辑起点,“人自由而全面发展”是劳动教育的价值归宿,马克思主义人学理论为现代青少年劳动教育提供了根本的方法论指导。党的十八大以来,中国进入新时代,劳动教育应当坚持从人的本质出发,促进青少年的身心发展,实现人的全面发展。结合中国实际,劳动教育是培养青少年成长成才的关键所在。


Labor education is an essential part of human growth. From the perspective of human nature, "real people" are the logical starting point of labor education, and "free and comprehensive development of people" is the value destination of labor education. Marxist human theory provides fundamental methodological guidance for modern youth labor education. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has entered a new era. Labor education should adhere to starting from the essence of human beings, promote the physical and mental development of young people, and achieve comprehensive human development. Based on the actual situation in China, labor education is the key to cultivating the growth and success of young people.
