随着智能技术的兴起和发展，图书馆建设由数字化迈向智能化，构建用户画像成为图书馆智慧服务的重要基石之一。以CNKI数据库为文献研究来源，采用Citespace软件对我国图书馆用户画像相关文献进行计量分析，通过文献分析、共现网络分析、聚类分析、时区视图分析、时间线图分析等可视化知识图谱，分析我国图书馆用户画像研究的现状与热点，并深入探析其问题、发展趋势及对策，以期为我国图书馆用户画像研究与实践提供借鉴。

With the rise and development of intelligent technology, library construction is moving from digitalization to intelligence, and building user portraits has become one of the important cornerstones of intelligent library services. By using CNKI database as the literature research source, this article utilizes Citespace to analyze metrologically the literature related to library user portraits in China, adopts visualized knowledge map through literature analysis, co-occurrence network analysis, cluster analysis, time zone view analysis, timeline graph analysis, etc. to analyze the current situation and hot spots of library user portrait research in our country, and deeply explore its problems, development trend and countermeasure, so as to provide reference for the research and practice of library user portraits in China.
