木版年画是中国历史悠久的汉族民间艺术形式，毫不例外，梁平木版年画也是一种古老的民间艺术，属于套色木刻版画，号称“四川三大年画”（绵竹、梁平、夹江）之一。梁平年画表现手法浪漫，画面饱满简洁，造型古朴粗犷，神态生动，构图完整，对比强烈，以驱邪纳福、喜庆吉祥、历史故事等为题材，具有极高的艺术价值。梁平木版年画与梁平竹帘、梁山灯戏并称为"梁平三绝"，曾被誉为川东奇葩。2000年被评为巴渝十大民间艺术之一，2006年被列为了国家非物质文化遗产名录。梁平木版年画的内容大致可分为三类：一是门神，二是神话传说，三是戏曲故事。本文笔者主要就区域民间故事、民风民俗对梁平木版年画的形成发展及其文化意义与影响进行简要的阐述和分析。

Woodcut New Year pictures are a form of Folk art of the Han nationality with a long history in History of China. There is no exception. Liangping Woodcut New Year pictures are also an ancient Folk art. They belong to chromatic Woodcut and are known as one of the "three major New Year pictures in Sichuan" (Mianzhu, Liangping, Jiajiang). The expression techniques of Liangping New Year paintings are romantic, with full and simple visuals, simple and rough shapes, vivid expressions, complete composition, and strong contrast. The themes are exorcism, happiness, auspiciousness, and historical stories, which have high artistic value. Liangping woodblock New Year paintings, along with Liangping bamboo curtains and Liangshan lantern plays, are known as the "Three Wonders of Liangping" and have been hailed as the "Wonderful Flower of Eastern Sichuan".Liangping Wooden New Year pictures were rated as one of the top ten Folk art in Bayu in 2000 and listed as the national Intangible cultural heritage in 2006. The content of Liangping woodblock New Year paintings can be roughly divided into three categories: first, door gods, second, myths and legends, and third, opera stories. In this paper, the author mainly expounds and analyzes the formation, development, cultural significance and influence of regional Folktale and folk customs on Liangping Woodcut New Year pictures.
