“十七年”时期的地方性文学期刊在大的时代语境下，皆以自己的方式参与着文学期刊的“格式化”重构。这一时期，由于文学期刊等级观念的淡化，地方性文学期刊可以在更大的程度上反映出政治意志与文艺政策的风向，但又受政治意识形态的影响，这一时期的地方性文学期刊在内容与形式上呈现出“一体化”的特点。《海燕》作为诞生于文艺期刊繁荣之时、活跃在全国范围之内的地方性文学期刊，从对其办刊定位、内容特点和队伍建设方面的研究，可以窥见这一时期的地方性文学期刊的整体风貌。本文以《海燕》为中心，将眼光辐射至全国的地方性文学期刊，试图对“十七年”地方性文学期刊的“共鸣”现象进行梳理和分析。

In the context of the "Seventeen Years" period, local literary journals participated in the "formatting" and reconstruction of literary journals in their own way. During this period, due to the weakening of the hierarchical concept of literary journals, local literary journals could to a greater extent reflect the direction of political will and literary policies, but were also influenced by political ideology. During this period, local literary journals exhibited an "integrated" feature in content and form. As a local literary journal born during the prosperity of literary and artistic journals and active nationwide, "Haiyan" can reveal the overall style of local literary journals during this period through research on its publication positioning, content characteristics, and team building. This article focuses on "Haiyan" and radiates its vision to local literary journals across the country, attempting to sort out and analyze the "resonance" phenomenon in local literary journals during the "Seventeen Years".
