小学男教师职业认同的现状调查研究——基于乡村教育振兴视角 作者:王秀丽 杨桂梅

摘要/Abstract

乡村振兴战略的基点是乡村教育,乡村教师队伍是乡村教育的“魂”与“源”,拥有一支结构合理的高质量的乡村教师队伍是乡村教育重要的源泉。在中国小学男女教师比例严重失衡,小学男性教师的比重呈日益下降趋势的情况下,从职业意志、职业情感、职业技能、职业认知、职业价值观、职业期望六个维度对问卷调查数据进行分析,寻觅影响小学男教师的职业认同的因素,进而提出相应的增强小学男教师职业认同的策略与方法,完善小学教师结构,推动乡村教育振兴稳步前进。


The base of rural revitalization strategy is rural education, and the rural teacher team is the "soul" and "source" of rural education, and having a well-structured and high-quality rural teacher team is an important source of rural education. In view of the serious imbalance in the ratio of male to female elementary school teachers and the decreasing proportion of male elementary school teachers, we analyze the questionnaire data in six dimensions: career will, career emotion, career skills, career cognition, career values, and career expectation to find the factors affecting the career identity of male elementary school teachers, and then propose corresponding strategies and methods to enhance the career identity of male elementary school teachers, improve the structure of primary school teachers, and promote rural education. We then propose strategies and methods to enhance the professional identity of male primary school teachers, improve the structure of elementary school teachers, and promote the steady progress of rural education revitalization.
