摘要/Abstract

建立健全的科研评价体系对我国高校科研发展十分重要,而在当前“双一流”大学建设的背景下,科研评价体系建设又有了新的挑战。着眼于国际,美英两国在科研评价方面拥有较为丰富的经验,因此,本文通过对美国和英国的科研评价体系进行分析,对其进行梳理和总结,探索共同特征与异化特征,并在此基础上分析当前我国“双一流”大学建设的要求及取向,有针对性地发现国际上科研评价体系对我国“双一流”大学科研评价体系建设的启示。


It is very important to establish a sound scientific research evaluation system for the development of scientific research in China's universities, and under the background of the current "first-rate universities and disciplines" university construction, the construction of scientific research evaluation system has new challenges. Focusing on the world, the United States and Britain have rich experience in scientific research evaluation. Therefore, this paper analyzes the scientific research evaluation systems of the United States and Britain, combs and summarizes them, explores the common characteristics and alienation characteristics, and on this basis, analyzes the requirements and orientation of the current construction of "first-rate universities and disciplines" universities in China, and finds out the enlightenment of the international scientific research evaluation system to the construction of "first-rate universities and disciplines" universities in China.
