摘要/Abstract

欧盟的社会情感教育评估体系具有独特的特点:它涵盖了学生、课堂和学校的各个层面,并采用多种评估方法,包括非标准化成绩评估、评估指南、核查表和量表、直接评估、自我评估和同伴评估,以及基于技术的形成性评估。这些评估方法为欧盟的社会情感教育提供了全面的信息支持。从这一启示中,我们可以看出:要建立一个完善的社会情感教育评估体系,以便形成共识;要创造一个有利于评估实施的环境,确保评估的有效进行;要开发多样的评估方法和工具,提升评估的科学性;要加强以结果为导向的评估制度,使评估成为一种常规。


European Union has the distinctive assessment system for social and emotional education. In the aspect of assessment content, social and emotional education is articulated at two level:individual and environment. In the aspect of assessment method, diversified methodology system incorporating non standardised performance based assessment, assessment rubrics, direct assessment, self and peer assessment, and technology-enhanced formative assessment have been formed. It enlighten that the content system of learner social and emotional competences should be constructed and improved to lay a consensus foundation for assessment; Supportive implementation environment should be constructed to ensure the smooth development of evaluation; Diversified assessment methods and tools should be developed to enhance the scientific assessment; The outcome-based assessment system should be strengthened to normalize the evaluation of learners social and emotional competences.
