本文以微博平台上“甘肃马拉松”为话题的内容文本为数据，在文本情感和强度的基础上进行社会网络语意分析，探析用户情感演化特征和报道的议程设置，拟探究官方报道与民意诉求之间的是否信息对称，从而有助于相关部门和媒体对焦点事件进行合理安排。就结论而言，在突发事件的舆情不同阶段，用户的情感演变受到信息异化和媒体报道议程的影响，存在信息不对称现象，媒体议程与公众议程相互影响。

This paper uses the content text of the topic "Gansu Marathon" on the Weibo platform as data, and analyzes social network semantics on the basis of text emotion and intensity. Whether the information is symmetrical between them will help relevant departments and media to make reasonable arrangements for key events. In conclusion, in different stages of public opinion of emergencies, users' emotional evolution is affected by information alienation and media reporting agenda, there is information asymmetry, and media agenda and public agenda interact with each other.
