随着社会飞速发展以及社会职业分工不断演进，职业伦理因其规范性和特殊性越来越受重视。加强专业学位研究生职业伦理教育，既是研究生教育发展的重要内容，也是推动社会道德秩序良性发展的重要举措。本文结合目前国内高校专业研究生职业伦理培养存在的问题，提出应加强顶层设计，建立优质高效的课程体系；深化产教融合，完善教学模式；营造良好的校园文化和教师文化；增强国际借鉴，积极应对职业伦理教育的新需求，四方面发展路径的思考，希望能为专业学位研究生职业伦理教育优质高效发展提供一定参考。

With the rapid development of society and the continuous evolution of social occupational division of labor, professional ethics has been paid more and more attention due to its standardization and particularity. Strengthening professional ethics education for graduate students is not only an important content of graduate education development, but also an important measure to promote the benign development of social moral order.Combined with the problems existing in the professional ethics cultivation of professional postgraduates in domestic colleges,this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the top layer design and establish a high grade curriculum system; deepen the integration of industry and education to improve and perfect the teaching mode; create a positive campus and teacher culture; strengthen international reference, actively respond to the new needs of professional ethics education, and think about the development path in four aspects, hoping to provide some reference for the high-quality and efficient development of professional degree graduate professional ethics education.
