The Ganges is a sacred river in India and is very important to the Indians. Thonds of years ago, Indians used this place for all kinds of religious activities, bathing, burning dead bodies, and over the years, causing the Ganges to become overburdened, overflowed with garbage, and its waters to become muddy and turbid, but the Indians did not care, the Ganges is so important to the Indians that its status as a sacred river has not changed, as there are countless people bathing, washing clothes, burning bodies and brushing their teeth. The question of why the Ganges has such a high status is worth pondering. Most of the literature deals with this issue from the perspective of religion rather than other factors. This paper explores this issue from the perspectives of nature, religion, caste system and education, the reasons for the formation and development of Ganges Culture in India are discussed in a comprehensive way.
