在快节奏“移动时代”的当下，“使马克思主义思想逐渐成为大众所了解、理解和掌握，变成大众手里的思想武器”已成为研究的重要课题。从理论层面，结合“马克思主义新闻观”“哈贝马斯公共领域论”“李普曼的拟态环境论”和“场景理论”等相关社会科学原理，论证网络媒体融合背景下改进党的理论学习机制的必要性和紧迫性。从实践层面，以深度访谈、焦点小组座谈、案例研究三种实践方式探索改进党的理论学习机制的基本方法，使“守正”与“创新”的理论学习方向凝练成具有思想高度和推广深度的方法论，促进理论学习的大众化、常态化。

In the fast paced mobile era, how to translate the guiding principles of Marxism into ideological weapon of public becomes the important question for study. From the theoretical perspective, combining principles of social science including view of Marxism newspaper, public sphere of Habermas, mimicry environmentalism of Lippmann, the theory of Scenes, etc, the paper states the importance and necessity of improving the Party's theoretical study in the horizon fusion of online medium.
