《公共图书馆法》的颁布为我国公共图书馆的建设和发展提供了重要依据，充分保障了人民群众的文化权益，也在国家公共文化服务体系的完善方面发挥着重要作用。在此背景下，开展高校图书馆法治建设研究是填补整体图书馆法律制度体系的重要方面。以分析《公共图书馆法》的意义为出发点，结合其中蕴含的法治内涵，探讨该法的颁布对高校图书馆的重要影响，并从高校图书馆的实际情况出发，研究高校图书馆法治建设路径，为探索新时代高校图书馆“法治化”道路提供一定参考。

Public Library law has pointed out the development direction of the library, which plays an important role in protecting the citizen's cultural rights and interests and improving the national Public cultural Service system. Under this background, the research on the construction of university library by law is an important aspect to fill the legal system of University library. Based on the significance of public Library law as the starting point, the paper analyzes its important influence on the library cause in detail, and probes into the path of legal construction of university library with the rule of law idea in the Public Library law, and discussed the important influence of the promulgation of the law on university libraries. Through the analysis of the law elements in Public Library law, the paper provides the path of “legalization” in university library with the actual situation.
