摘要/Abstract

本文在梳理建党100年来青年成长成才价值目标实现的历史演进的基础上，深刻分析了新时代青年成长面临的外部挑战和现实困境，聚焦当前青年成长成才迫切需要关注的核心权益和在发展过程中遇到的不平衡、不充分问题，从坚持党管青年原则、厚植青年爱国主义情怀、深入研究青年特点、准确把握青年需求、青年要有格局气度等五个方面，提出了新时代青年成长成才价值目标的实现路径。

Based on the historical evolution of the realization of the value goal of youth growth and success in the past 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China, this paper deeply analyzes the external challenges and practical difficulties faced by youth growth in the new era, focusing on the core rights and interests of youth growth and success and the unbalanced and insufficient problems encountered in the process of development This paper puts forward the path to realize the value goal of youth growth in the new era from five aspects: cultivating youth patriotism, deeply studying the characteristics of youth, accurately grasping the needs of youth, and having the pattern and bearing of youth.
