摘要/Abstract

当前已经到了全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段，如何完成脱贫攻坚成为实现这一目标的关键。我国的脱贫攻坚已经到了啃硬骨头、攻坚拔寨的冲刺阶段，国家提出精准扶贫理念与出台多项相关政策。桂东县作为国家级贫困县，在脱贫工作方面取得了可喜的成绩。为了使桂东县能够加快脱贫步伐，早日实现从温饱到全面小康的跨越，通过从历史因素、自然因素、政策因素和人为因素四个方面分析桂东县致贫原因，从而针对问题，提出脱贫建议：第一要把握趋势，科学定位；第二要扬长避短，突出特色；第三要整合资源，共享发展；第四要抓住机遇，精准出击。

We are in the decisive stage of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The key of accomplish the goal is how to getting poverty alleviation. Our nation’s poverty alleviation is in the period of suffering and sprint, and the government has been introducing policies. As a state-level poverty-stricken counties, Guidong County has made gratifying achievements in poverty alleviation work. In order to getting rid of this situation, we analyzed the reason from historical factors , natural factors, policy factors and human factors. At last, we proposed four suggestions: the first, grasping the trend and position scientifically; the second, developing the strengths, avoiding the shortcomings and highlighting the characteristics; the third, integrating resources and sharing development; the fourth, seizing the opportunity and striking accurately.
