本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等，论述了仫佬族的文化背景、起源，及地理位置与传统文化节的影响。结论：仫佬族的传统体育活动不仅与民族的心理、气质、经济、文化道德和社会发展有关,也与仫佬族的生存环境、节日庆典、风土人情、民俗民风结合在一起,鲜明地显示了宗族血缘关系的特点和农业民族文化的特色。造就了他们从远古时代就崇尚神文化、与自然作斗争、勤劳能干的坚强性格。基于此，仫佬族主要通过传统节日来丰富愉悦日常生活。主要节日有依饭节、春节、走坡节、祖先节、安龙节等。目的:本文主要通过研究仫佬族的传统节日文化，使读者更加

By using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper discusses the cultural background, origin, geographical position and the influence of traditional culture festival of Mulao nationality. Conclusion: the traditional sports activities of Mulao nationality are not only related to the national psychology, temperament, economy, cultural morality and social development, but also with the living environment, festival celebration, local customs and folk customs, which vividly show the characteristics of clan blood relationship and the characteristics of agricultural national culture.
