摘要/Abstract

英国高校研究生创业教育兴起于上世纪八十年代，如今已取得较为丰硕成果。英国高校高度重视创业教育高素质师资队伍的组成和培养，积极开发研究生创业教育的相关课程，优化课程结构，增强实践教学，开展丰富多彩的创业教育活动，为高校学生就业创业能力的提高起到了强有力的推动作用。借鉴英国高校的经验，结合我国高校研究生创业教育的现状和问题，我们应制定科学明确的高校研究生创业教育课程培养目标；优化高校研究生创业教育课程设置；努力实现高校研究生创业教育课程和活动的多样化；加强高校研究生创业教育师资队伍的建设。

Entrepreneurship education for postgraduates in higher education emerged in the 1980s in UK, and it now has achieved fruitful results. The universities in UK attached great importance to the composition and training of high-quality teachers for postgraduates' entrepreneurship education, actively developed the related courses, optimized the curriculum structure, strengthened practice teaching, and carried out rich and colorful entrepreneurship education activities. All of them have played an important role in promoting the entrepreneurial skills and employability of postgraduates. Therefore, according to the current situation and problems of the entrepreneurship education of postgraduates in China, we should: establish a science and clear training goal for entrepreneurship education courses of postgraduates; optimize the course offered for entrepreneurship education of postgraduates; realize the diversification of courses and activities for entrepreneurship education of postgraduates; strengthen the construction of teaching staff for entrepreneurship education of postgraduates.
