创新创业教育作为人才培养的重要目标，在当前政府与高校一系列努力下，已经取得诸多成效。但在高校创新创业教育过程中仍然存在部分问题阻碍创新创业教育的进一步发展，如政府、企业与高校之间对创新创业教育的理解层次不齐、各自采取措施重叠与衔接不当等，使得三者之间未能发挥创新创业教育最大合力。创新创业协同育人机制理念的提出为高校创新创业教育改革指明了方向，当前高校协同育人机制的发挥面临政府创新创业政策效果不明显、高校与企业合作不深入、高校对创新创业教育重视不足等问题，深化创新创业协同育人机制为创新创业教育改革与发展提供

Innovation and entrepreneurship education as an important goal of talent training, in the current government and universities in a series of efforts, has achieved many results. But in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities still exist some problems hinder the further development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, such as the Government, enterprises and colleges and universities to innovate entrepreneurial education understanding level, the respective measures overlap and improper convergence, so that the three failed to play the maximum synergy between innovation and entrepreneurship education. The idea of innovative entrepreneurship synergy education system indicates the direction for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities, the present university Synergy Education mechanism is confronted with the effect of government innovation and entrepreneurship policy is not obvious, the cooperation between universities and enterprises is not deep, the university is attaching insufficient importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship education, and deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship coordination mechanism for the Innovation and development of education to provide related ideas.
