摘要/Abstract

“互联网+”的浪潮下，在线供应链金融已是当前研究的热门领域，B2B电子商务供应链金融更是在线供应链金融的研究重点。从B2B电子商务供应链金融的原理、特征、模式、决策、博弈、风险管理方面对国内已有研究进行综述，并指出未来需研究的方向。为研究者呈现国内B2B电子商务供应链金融研究的总体面貌，方便开展进一步的研究。

In the wave of “Internet +”, online supply chain finance is the hot field of current research and B2B e-commerce supply chain finance is the core of online supply chain finance. This paper reviews current research from theory, features, model, decisions, game theory and risk management and point out the future research direction. The purpose of this paper is to show the overall face of domestic current B2B e-commerce supply chain finance research for researchers, and enlighten them to study further.
