大学生农民工现象的出现在一定程度上折射出了高校人才培养模式的问题。根据伯顿·克拉克经典“三角模型”分析框架，其实质是作为高校人才培养基本单元的“学科专业”与市场的脱离。基于这一基本判断，借鉴创业型大学的概念，凸显创业精神的“创业型学科专业”是人才培养解决当前大学生培养问题的一个核心要素。基于“创业型学科专业”进行高校人才培养模式改革是一个值得思考的方向，其中三个方面需要引起注意：用跨学科专业的视角来审视人才培养模式；通过学科专业培养学生的实践创新能力；建立学科专业教师队伍与企业行业师傅融合的人才培养师资队
