With the continuous development of China's sports industry and distance education, modern distance education has become one of the most potential industries. The main factors that influence the marketization of modern distance education in China are: traditional culture, policy and system, the construction of sports disciplines in network colleges, the information technology of distance education, the market of physical education and so on. In this paper, the above factors are discussed in order to achieve the goal of promoting the development of sports education in China and promoting the development of modern distance education market in China.
